If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us. We take complaints seriously and aim to resolve them quickly and fairly. 

If you remain dissatisfied with our response, you may contact the office of the South Australian Health and Community Services Complaints Commissioner (HCSCC). The HCSCC responds to complaints about health services and the handling of health information in South Australia. Their service is free, confidential and impartial. To lodge a complaint with the HCSCC:

If you are an NDIS participant, and we have been unable to resolve your concern or complaint, then you should seek further support through the NDIS Commission by completing a complaint contact form, or phoning 1800 035 544.
